Product details

The ETLW4 + ET BG505 + ET ZBE is a high-efficiency packing solution designed for precise, automated pouch packing. Utilizing a lay-flat roll mounted on the machine, it forms pouches with the assistance of a former. It integrates vertical and horizontal sealing mechanisms, augmented by digital temperature control for hot bar sealing. The filling system is an Auger Filler, offering precise measurements through a PLC adjustment system. It also features a photo control unit ensuring consistent pouch cutting, while its robust construction mainly utilizes stainless steel for longevity. Key Features: • Automatic Collar Type Form, Fill, and Seal functionality. • Integrated Auger Filler for precise filling. • Hot bar sealing, controlled by a digital temperature controller. • Photo control unit for accurate pouch cutting. • Low power consumption with a requirement of a three-phase power supply. • Constructed primarily from stainless steel for durability and hygiene. • Mobility and easy positioning via caster wheels.
